If you are contacting us regarding an existing order, please include your Order Number (e.g., #1001) in the subject line or email body so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Before you write to us
You'll receive tracking details by email when your order ships. Fulfillment origin, carrier, and delivery timing can vary by product and destination. Before payment, checkout shows the shipping method and timing available for your address. Estimates are not guarantees.
Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
Within 30 days of delivery, contact ChicFind if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts. Include your order number and clear photos or a short video. ChicFind will arrange a replacement or refund under the current policy. Change-of-mind-only returns are not accepted.
