SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at ChicFind (shopchicfind.com). This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery is up to 14 business days from the date of shipment. Because our products are sourced from carefully selected partner warehouses (including international fulfilment centres), delivery times may vary by destination, and items in the same order may arrive separately.

SHIPPING RATES
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
- Orders under $50 are charged a flat standard shipping rate, shown at checkout before payment.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking to update after dispatch.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged when the parcel reaches your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please email huhaihua@shopchicfind.com and we will help locate it.
