ChicFind handles all refund and replacement requests directly. Do not send any item until we provide written instructions and, when required, an approved return address.

30-Day Product Quality Guarantee

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing parts. Email huhaihua@shopchicfind.com with your order number and clear photos or a short video. After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund. In most approved quality-issue cases, return shipping is not required.

This guarantee covers product-quality and fulfillment issues. Unless a product page states otherwise, no additional manufacturer warranty is advertised beyond this guarantee. Change-of-mind-only returns are not accepted.

If only the outer packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact and usable, we generally do not offer compensation.
