Don't choose a carrier by your pet's weight. Choose it by their length.
This is the mistake behind most carrier returns. A 14 lb cat and a 14 lb dachshund are completely different shapes, and weight tells you nothing about whether an animal can turn around inside. Measure your pet nose to base of tail, and measure their height sitting up. Those two numbers decide the fit.

“Airline approved” is not a certification. There is no such standard.
Every airline publishes its own maximum under-seat dimensions, and they differ — sometimes between aircraft types on the same airline. This carrier is soft-sided and sized to fit most under-seat spaces, which is what the phrase usually means. Check your specific airline’s published dimensions before you book, and book your pet onto the flight in advance; cabin pet spaces are limited and fill up.

Leave the carrier open in the living room with a blanket and treats inside for two or three weeks. Feed meals in it. A cat that only ever sees the carrier before a vet visit learns that carrier equals bad day, and will vanish the moment it appears. A cat that naps in it travels far better. This single habit does more for a stressful journey than any product feature.

Is it really airline approved?
No carrier is universally approved because no such standard exists. It’s soft-sided and sized for typical under-seat spaces. Always check your airline’s published maximum dimensions for your specific aircraft.
My cat weighs 15 lb but is very long.
Then this is probably too small. Length matters more than weight — your pet needs to stand and turn around. Measure before ordering.
Can it go in the hold?
No. Hold travel requires a rigid IATA-compliant crate. Soft carriers are cabin only.
How do I clean it?
Remove the base pad and wash it. Wipe the shell with a damp cloth; don’t machine wash the whole carrier or the frame will deform.
Care instructions vary by product — see the specifications in the description above for what applies to this item. As a general rule: wipe hard surfaces with a soft damp cloth and air dry, wash removable fabric covers cold and air dry rather than tumble drying, and store away from direct sunlight.

Returns. You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Message us first and we will issue a return authorisation — there is no restocking fee. Items that have been assembled, used by a pet or washed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, so please check the dimensions and weight limits before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, email us with a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not be asked to ship a damaged item back at your own cost.
