- You need a lightweight one — this has a metal frame, and that weight is why it doesn’t tip
- You need aircraft cabin travel — that requires an IATA soft carrier
Leave it open in the living room for three or four days first.
Treat inside, no pressure, let the cat walk in on its own. Cats that get loaded straight into a moving stroller usually panic once — and then refuse it permanently. Three days of patience is the difference between a stroller you use for years and one that lives in the garage. And always clip the internal tether: a startled cat can push through an unzipped panel.
Questions people actually ask
Can my dog stand up in it?
Up to about 14″ at the shoulder, yes. Taller dogs sit or lie comfortably but won’t stand fully upright.
Will it fit through a standard doorway?
Yes — it’s under 22″ wide.
Trains and buses?
Usually fine — check your operator’s policy. Aircraft cabins are a no: they require an IATA-compliant soft carrier, and a stroller won’t be accepted.
How do I clean it after a muddy day?
The base pad unclips and machine washes cold. Wipe the canopy with a damp cloth — don’t put the frame fabric in a machine.
Is 35 lb a hard limit?
It’s a real one, not a cautious one. A 45 lb dog will bend the frame. We’d rather tell you that than sell you the wrong thing.

Shipping. Every product we sell ships from a warehouse inside the United States. Orders are picked within 1 business day and typically arrive in 2–5 business days. No customs, no overseas transit. Free shipping on orders over $50.
Returns. You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Message us first and we will issue a return authorisation — there is no restocking fee. Items that have been assembled, used by a pet or washed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, so please check the dimensions and weight limits before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, email us with a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not be asked to ship a damaged item back at your own cost.
We are a small shop. If you are unsure whether a product suits your pet, message us before you order — we would rather talk you out of the wrong thing than process a return.
