1. Shake it out. It arrives compressed and looks thin. Give it a firm shake and a few hours to loft — it recovers its full shape.
2. Put it where they already sleep. Don’t place a new bed in a new spot and expect it to be used. Set it on the exact patch of floor or sofa corner your pet already chooses, and add something that smells of you for the first few nights.
Questions people actually ask
How do I know if 24″ is big enough?
Measure your pet nose to tail while curled up, then add a couple of inches. If that number is over 24″, size up rather than squeezing them in.
Does it really go in the washing machine?
Yes, the whole bed. Cold wash, tumble dry low. Hot water will mat the faux fur permanently.
Will it stop my dog’s separation anxiety?
No. A bed can make resting easier for a mildly nervous animal, but separation anxiety is a behavioural condition that needs a training protocol — and sometimes veterinary support. No bed treats it.
My cat won’t go near it.
Give it a week and don’t lift them into it. Move it to where they already nap, and leave a worn t-shirt in it. Cats reject furniture they were placed on.
How long before it flattens?
With a pet under 25 lb, expect it to hold shape for well over a year. Fluff the bolster when you wash it. A heavier dog will compress the fill much faster — which is why we cap it at 25 lb.

Returns. You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Message us first and we will issue a return authorisation — there is no restocking fee. Items that have been assembled, used by a pet or washed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, so please check the dimensions and weight limits before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, email us with a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not be asked to ship a damaged item back at your own cost.
