The felt ring detaches from the cushion, so this is a covered tunnel when your cat wants to hide and an open donut bed when it wants to sprawl. My cat is 11 lb. Will it fit?
It will squeeze in, but the felt ring is sized for about 9 lb and will distort. Weigh your cat and choose the 40″ version if you’re over.
Does the felt keep its shape?
Yes, that’s the advantage over a fabric tunnel — it stands up on its own rather than collapsing when your cat leans on it.
How do I wash it?
The interior cushion is washable. Spot clean the felt shell with a damp cloth and air dry — don’t soak it, or the felt loses its structure.
Will a rabbit chew it?
Probably — rabbits chew almost everything. It works for rabbits with supervision, but expect a shorter life than with a cat.

Returns. You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Message us first and we will issue a return authorisation — there is no restocking fee. Items that have been assembled, used by a pet or washed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, so please check the dimensions and weight limits before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, email us with a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not be asked to ship a damaged item back at your own cost.
