Cats seek enclosed spaces because a tube with two exits is defensible — something can only come at you from a direction you're already watching. It's the same wiring that makes a cardboard box irresistible, and it doesn't switch off in a centrally heated flat.

Put it away between sessions.
A tunnel left out permanently becomes furniture within a week and gets ignored. Bring it out, play for ten minutes, fold it away. Cats respond to novelty, and rotating a toy in and out is the difference between one that works for two years and one that works for four days. This applies to every cat toy you own — rotate three or four, don't leave them all on the floor.
Questions people actually ask
Will a big cat fit?
The tube is 9.84″ across. A cat up to roughly 15 lb passes through comfortably. A Maine Coon or a very broad cat will find it tight.
My cat ignored it on day one.
Normal. Don’t push your cat into it — that teaches avoidance. Sit at one end and drag a wand toy through so your cat chases something into the tunnel. Two or three sessions is usually all it takes.
Can it go in the washing machine?
No. A machine will crush the spring frame. Wipe with a damp cloth and air dry.
Will my cat chew the hanging ball off?
Some do. If yours is a determined chewer, cut the ball off and use a wand toy through the tunnel instead — the tunnel itself is the durable part. Don’t leave a partly chewed ball attached.
Is it suitable for rabbits?
Small rabbits, yes — though rabbits chew fabric far more than cats do, so supervise and expect a shorter life.

If your item arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, email us with a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not be asked to ship a damaged item back at your own cost.
