The hanging feather and string toys are the part that wears out and the part worth watching. Cats that swallow string can develop a linear foreign body, which is a surgical emergency. Check the attachments weekly, and if your cat chews rather than bats at them, cut them off and keep the tunnel — the tube is the useful part anyway.

Do they connect together?
You can butt them end to end to make a longer run, though they aren’t clipped together. Most cats are perfectly happy with that.
How do they fold?
Twist the spring frame and it collapses into a flat disc. Takes a couple of goes to get the knack.
My cat won’t go in.
Don’t push your cat in. Sit at one end and drag a wand toy through so your cat chases something into it. Two or three sessions is usually enough.
Can I wash them?
Wipe with a damp cloth. A washing machine will deform the spring frame.

Returns. You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Message us first and we will issue a return authorisation — there is no restocking fee. Items that have been assembled, used by a pet or washed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, so please check the dimensions and weight limits before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, email us with a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not be asked to ship a damaged item back at your own cost.
