A dog that has slipped a harness once will try again. That's what the H-strap is for.
Most harnesses are a simple loop around the chest. A frightened dog reverses, drops its shoulders, and is out — usually near traffic, usually at the worst possible moment. An H-strap design adds a second strap behind the ribcage, so backing out doesn’t create an escape route.
If you have a rescue dog, a nervous dog, or a dog that panicked once and got loose, this is the specific problem this harness solves.

Questions people actually ask
Will it stop my dog pulling?
It reduces pulling by changing where the pressure sits, and the handle gives you control. But no harness trains a dog — pulling is a training problem, and equipment only buys you the room to work on it.
Can my dog really not escape it?
Escape-resistant, not escape-proof — and only if fitted correctly. Two fingers flat under each strap, no more. Most escapes are fit failures, not design failures.
How do I measure?
Neck at the base where a collar sits. Chest at the widest point, just behind the front legs. Use a soft tape, snug not tight.
Can I use it as a car restraint?
A car tether should clip to a harness rather than a collar, so this works far better than a collar. But this harness is not crash-tested, and no harness is a substitute for a proper restraint system.

Returns. You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Message us first and we will issue a return authorisation — there is no restocking fee. Items that have been assembled, used by a pet or washed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, so please check the dimensions and weight limits before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, email us with a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not be asked to ship a damaged item back at your own cost.
