Does it fold for travel?
It disassembles rather than folding — the frame comes apart in a couple of minutes and packs flat.
Will rain damage it?
Rain runs straight through and it dries in minutes. Constant direct sun is what degrades any mesh, so store it under cover between trips.
Is it comfortable without a pad?
Taut mesh spreads weight and most dogs settle on it happily. If you want padding for winter we sell waterproof cot pads separately — though a pad cancels the airflow benefit in summer.

Shipping. Every product we sell ships from a warehouse inside the United States. Orders are picked within 1 business day and typically arrive in 2–5 business days. No customs, no overseas transit. Free shipping on orders over $50.
Returns. You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Message us first and we will issue a return authorisation — there is no restocking fee. Items that have been assembled, used by a pet or washed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, so please check the dimensions and weight limits before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, email us with a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not be asked to ship a damaged item back at your own cost.
We are a small shop. If you are unsure whether a product suits your pet, message us before you order — we would rather talk you out of the wrong thing than process a return.
