What treats fit?
Standard biscuit-style treats and larger kibble wedge between the ribs. Start with treats that come out easily, then move to a tighter fit as your dog works it out.
My dog lost interest immediately.
It was probably too hard on the first try. Load it loosely so food falls out within seconds, let your dog succeed a few times, then make it harder. Dogs give up on puzzles they’ve never won.
Can I leave my dog alone with it?
Supervise, especially at first. Any chew toy should be checked for damage regularly and retired once pieces start coming away.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Hand wash in warm soapy water and air dry — safer for the material and quick with a bottle brush.

Returns. You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Message us first and we will issue a return authorisation — there is no restocking fee. Items that have been assembled, used by a pet or washed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, so please check the dimensions and weight limits before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, email us with a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not be asked to ship a damaged item back at your own cost.
