Don’t tip kibble in loose. The original bag is a fat-barrier liner, and the oils that soak into bare plastic go rancid and taint the next batch. The bag also carries the lot number, which is the first thing you’ll need if there’s ever a recall.

Does it hold a full 30 lb bag?
Yes, with the bag folded down inside. Kibble density varies between brands, so a very bulky food may sit close to the top.
Is it sturdy when collapsed and reassembled?
It’s designed for repeated collapse. As with any folding container, the fold lines are the wear points — don’t force it when it’s full.
Can I use it outdoors?
In a garage or shed, yes. Not exposed to rain and sun — and no plastic bin is rodent-proof.

Shipping. Every product we sell ships from a warehouse inside the United States. Orders are picked within 1 business day and typically arrive in 2–5 business days. No customs, no overseas transit. Free shipping on orders over $50.
Returns. You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Message us first and we will issue a return authorisation — there is no restocking fee. Items that have been assembled, used by a pet or washed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, so please check the dimensions and weight limits before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, email us with a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not be asked to ship a damaged item back at your own cost.
We are a small shop. If you are unsure whether a product suits your pet, message us before you order — we would rather talk you out of the wrong thing than process a return.
