Width is the whole design. A cat’s whiskers span roughly the width of its body, and a standard 4-inch dish presses on them with every mouthful. At 7 inches they stay clear entirely — which is why cats that used to paw food onto the floor or leave the middle untouched often just eat normally from a wide bowl.

Can I use it without the stand?
Yes — the stand detaches, so it works flat on the floor for a cat that dislikes raised bowls.
Is it too slow for a hungry cat?
The ridges are gentle rather than a maze. A cat that’s genuinely hungry still finishes its meal, just not in fifteen seconds.
Wet food or dry?
Both. Wash it promptly after wet food.

Shipping. Every product we sell ships from a warehouse inside the United States. Orders are picked within 1 business day and typically arrive in 2–5 business days. No customs, no overseas transit. Free shipping on orders over $50.
Returns. You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Message us first and we will issue a return authorisation — there is no restocking fee. Items that have been assembled, used by a pet or washed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, so please check the dimensions and weight limits before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, email us with a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not be asked to ship a damaged item back at your own cost.
We are a small shop. If you are unsure whether a product suits your pet, message us before you order — we would rather talk you out of the wrong thing than process a return.
