You are buying two washable waterproof pads that strap onto an elevated cot you already own. If you don’t have a cot, they will not stand up on their own.
Two pads, because the useful one is always in the wash.
A single waterproof pad means the bed is bare every laundry day. Two means you strip one, strap the other on, and your dog never notices. That’s the entire reason this comes as a pair, and it matters most with an incontinent senior dog or a puppy still learning.

Questions people actually ask
Is a bed included?
No. Two pads only. We have written this three times because it is the one thing people miss.
Will it fit my cot?
The pads are 37″ by 52″. Corner straps give some tolerance, but measure your cot before ordering rather than guessing.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low or air dry — high heat damages the TPU membrane and it stops being waterproof.
Can I use them on the floor or in a crate?
Yes. They work as a waterproof crate mat or floor pad too — the corner straps are simply unused.
Care instructions vary by product — see the specifications in the description above for what applies to this item. As a general rule: wipe hard surfaces with a soft damp cloth and air dry, wash removable fabric covers cold and air dry rather than tumble drying, and store away from direct sunlight.
Shipping. Every product we sell ships from a warehouse inside the United States. Orders are picked within 1 business day and typically arrive in 2–5 business days. No customs, no overseas transit. Free shipping on orders over $50.
Returns. You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Message us first and we will issue a return authorisation — there is no restocking fee. Items that have been assembled, used by a pet or washed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, so please check the dimensions and weight limits before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, email us with a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not be asked to ship a damaged item back at your own cost.
We are a small shop. If you are unsure whether a product suits your pet, message us before you order — we would rather talk you out of the wrong thing than process a return.
